Our client is a leading corporate entity for construction, Developments and Sale of lands and residential homes located in Colombo.

 

Eligibility                                                           

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • Attorney-at-Law with the Notaries License to practice with minimum 3 years’ experience in the similar capacity in corporate sector
  • Exposure in advising, reviewing, drafting and executing agreements, deeds and all legal instruments
  • Ability to supervise and examine all functions of the titles of lands and attend to notarial work with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication skills both in oral and written English
