Job Description
- Inspect builldings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repaire faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
- Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
- Plan and schedule repaires.
- Conduct perioic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything.
- Perform general maintenance task including landscaping, painting and carpentry.
- Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Experience and Qualification
- NVQ Level 04 or higher qualification
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years as a maintenance technician in an organization.
- Students/Trainee technicians are encouraged to apply.
